Dr. Deniz Saral, PhD, is Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of The Hub. He is also the DBA and e-MBA Programs Director, Webster University, Geneva, and the Associate Director, DBA Program, Grenoble Ecole de Management.

Omar Danial, entrepreneur, is the CEO and CIO of Finial Capital, SA. He is also a Webster-MBA alumnus (1997).

Carina Blanco, MBA, is the Projects Manager of The Hub. She is also the DBA & e-MBA Programs Assistant, Webster University, Geneva.

Gustavo A. Montero, mentor for The Hub and the Managing Partner and Principal of  the GAM Consulting Group and Hedblom Partners Ltd., two boutique Financial Firms involved in International Advisory Asset Management and Corporate Finance. Mr. Montero is also currently engaged at Board or Directors and Non Exec. Directors level in other companies focused in Finance and Industry. Previously, Mr.Montero worked as a Director for Standard Chartered Bank, he opened the Bank Swiss branch and was in charge of Latin America and European business development. Mr. Montero was also an International Internal Auditor trained by Price Waterhouse and KPMG and worked in this capacity in over 60 countries. He holds an MBA, a MSc., and a BSc. Engineering from Oregon State University / Universidad de Chile. 

Sandro Grigolli is the Managing Partner and founder of EonTech Ventures, a technology venture capital fund that  has invested, managed and exited several early stage high-growth companies across Europe. Before working in venture capital, Sandro headed New Ventures and Business Development at 3Com Corp, a computer networking manufacturer. He was formerly with The Boston Consulting Group, where he worked on various international projects in several different industry sectors. He holds an MBA at INSEAD, a Master in Software Engineering and an Electronic Engineering degree at Politecnico di Milano.

Emmanuel Guex, entrepreneur and mentor for The Hub. Emmanuel's experience has always been driven by his credo: dream a lot and make your dreams come true! After finishing his enology engineering degree Emmanuel worked around the world as a winemaker. He was exposed to many cultures and had the opportunity to learn several languages, including Chinese. Emmanuel got the Entrepreneurship Certificate from UNIGE, and has set up his own company. He also devotes part of his time to helping various businesses to develop.
