Team Dynamics is a program where participants get a view into how they and their colleagues behave in a "pressure cooker" environment.  

The Team Dynamics program was run as an ice-breaker on the 24th August 2008 for the Global MBA's at Webster University.

A total of 18 participants provided excellent feedback on the program. Responses ranged from:

• Great way to get to know each other and get the mind going on basic business and team building skills.
• How to listen and create ideas in a team. How to "give and take".
• An excellent introduction to the Webster MBA Program.
• A great way to break the ice and evoke business discussion and thought.
• Beneficial - ice-breaking - co-operational - introducing.
• Very energizing and requires people to think creatively.
